About

The "Men in Balance: Mindfulness and Mental Health" course is designed to help men integrate mindfulness into their daily lives and improve their mental health and well-being. Through two learning modules, participants will explore the fundamentals of mindfulness and learn practical techniques for stress management, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. The course draws on the experiences of a certified mindfulness coach, who shares valuable perspectives and strategies for dealing with life's challenges. Participants will receive tools to develop a personal mindfulness practice, as well as participate in a supportive community forum where they can share their experiences and growth. The goal is to create a balanced approach to mental health that strengthens the male community.
